  7. DCIUser is a small program used by DCI to create the User Log.  It may
  8. also be run from the command line using the following options:

  10. FORMAT:  DCIUSER [ /V ] [ /? ] [ filename ] [ /D ]

  12.   /V = show version information

  14.   /? = show help screen

  16.   [ filename ] = name of the user log to create
  17.        Default = \DCI\LOGS\USER.LOG
